How to Perform

    Set up sumo deadlift.

  2. 2

    Attach chains to bar.

  3. 3

    Perform sumo deadlift. Resistance increases as chains lift.

  4. 4

    Lock out top.

  5. 5

    Lower control.

  6. 6

    Repeat.
