Can I edit or delete a program?

Yes, but only programs you created. Editing lets you: Change the title, description, and cover image (via Unsplash search) Reorder routines within the program Add or remove routines To delete a program, open it and tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then choose Delete. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed. Warning: Deleting a program permanently deletes all routines inside it. Make sure you've moved any routines you want to keep before deleting.

How do I duplicate a program?

Tap the menu (three dots) on any program and choose Duplicate. This creates a complete copy of the program including all its routines. Duplicating programs is free.

To create a routine: Tap the "+" button and choose "New Workout" Build your workout using the inline editor — add exercises, set reps and sets, organize into sections When you're done, tap "Finish Workout" Choose "Create routine and log session" to save the routine to your library and log the workout, or "Save routine only" to save the routine without logging a session Your saved routine will appear in your library for future use. Creating routines is free and unlimited.
