How does health app integration work?

Fitloop integrates with Apple Health on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android. When enabled: Completed workouts are automatically saved to your health app Workout duration, calories, and type are synced Health workouts from other apps appear on your Fitloop timeline You can enable or configure this in Settings > Health.

During a workout, Fitloop tracks: Sets and reps for each exercise Weight if you're using equipment Duration for timed exercises Rest periods with configurable timers After completing a workout, your session is saved to your history. You can view past workouts, see your progress over time, and track personal records.
