How to Perform

  1. 1

    Set up sumo deadlift.

  2. 2

    Attach bands from bar to low anchors.

  3. 3

    Perform sumo deadlift against increasing band resistance.

  4. 4

    Lock out at top.

  5. 5

    Lower control.

  6. 6

    Repeat.
