How to Perform

    Feet wide, toes out, shins near bar.

  2. 2

    Hinge hips, bend knees, grip bar inside legs.

  3. 3

    Chest up, back straight.

  4. 4

    Drive through heels, push floor apart.

  5. 5

    Extend hips/knees.

  6. 6

    Stand tall, shoulders back.

  7. 7

    Lower control.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
