Stand feet shoulder-width, KB between feet.
Hinge hips, grip KB both hands.
Drive hips forward explosively.
Pull KB up close.
As KB rises, release handle, let it flip.
Catch ball of KB in open palms at shoulder height.
Release KB forward, catch handle.
Lower safely. Repeat.
