How to Perform

    Sit floor, knees bent, feet flat (or lifted).

    Hold plate both hands at chest.

  3. 3

    Lean back slightly, back straight.

  4. 4

    Twist torso right, bringing plate beside hip.

  5. 5

    Return center.

  6. 6

    Twist left.

  7. 7

    Alternate.
