How to Perform

    Sit machine high row, adjust seat/chest pad.

  2. 2

    Grip handles (often overhand, wide).

  3. 3

    Chest against pad.

  4. 4

    Pull handles towards upper chest/shoulders.

  5. 5

    Drive elbows back/up, squeeze shoulder blades.

  6. 6

    Pause.

  7. 7

    Slowly return to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
