How to Perform

    Place bar under bench.

    Lie prone on bench, chest supported.

    Grasp bar overhand, medium grip.

    Arms extended down.

    Pull bar towards bench/chest.

  6. 6

    Squeeze shoulder blades.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
