How to Perform

    Stand facing away anchor.

    Place right foot in handle behind.

    Left foot forward.

    Lower hips bending left knee.

    Front thigh parallel.

  7. 7

    Keep torso upright.

  8. 8

    Push through left heel.

  9. 9

    Repeat reps, switch legs.
