How to Perform

    Sit floor, legs straight.

    Partner behind, hands on shoulders.

  3. 3

    Lean forward from hips, back straight.

  4. 4

    Try push torso back against partner (isometric) 10-20s.

  5. 5

    Relax. Partner gently pushes torso forward. Hold 15-30s.

  6. 6

    Feel hamstring stretch.
