Load rickshaw frame.
Stand inside frame, feet hip-width.
Hinge hips, bend knees, grip handles.
Back straight, chest up.
Drive through heels, extend hips/knees.
Lift frame.
Stand tall, shoulders back.
Lower control.
Repeat.
