How to Perform

    Set up box squat in rack.

  2. 2

    Attach bands from top rack to bar.

  3. 3

    Bar on back.

  4. 4

    Squat down onto box. Bands assist.

  5. 5

    Pause.

  6. 6

    Drive explosively up. Band assist decreases.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
