Sit preacher bench.
Rest back upper arms on pad.
Hold DB each hand, neutral grip (palms facing).
Start arms extended.
Curl DBs up towards shoulders.
Maintain neutral grip.
Keep upper arms on pad.
Squeeze biceps/forearms.
Lower slowly.
Repeat.
