How to Perform

    Sit preacher bench.

    Rest back upper arms on pad.

  3. 3

    Hold DB each hand, neutral grip (palms facing).

  4. 4

    Start arms extended.

  5. 5

    Curl DBs up towards shoulders.

  6. 6

    Maintain neutral grip.

  7. 7

    Keep upper arms on pad.

  8. 8

    Squeeze biceps/forearms.

  9. 9

    Lower slowly.

  10. 10

    Repeat.
