How to Perform

    Position preacher bench facing low cable pulley with straight bar attachment.

  2. 2

    Sit on bench, place back of upper arms on pad.

  3. 3

    Grasp bar underhand, shoulder-width.

  4. 4

    Start arms fully extended.

  5. 5

    Keeping upper arms on pad, exhale and curl bar towards shoulders.

  6. 6

    Squeeze biceps at top.

  7. 7

    Inhale, slowly lower bar back to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
