How to Perform

    Lie flat on bench, hold DB each hand.

  2. 2

    Arms extended by sides, neutral grip.

  3. 3

    Keep upper arms stationary.

  4. 4

    Exhale, curl DBs up towards shoulders.

  5. 5

    Supinate wrists (palms up) during curl.

  6. 6

    Squeeze biceps.

  7. 7

    Inhale, lower slowly, rotating wrists back neutral.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
