Sit preacher bench, adjust seat.
Rest back upper arms on pad.
Hold EZ/straight bar underhand.
Start arms fully extended.
Curl bar up towards shoulders.
Keep upper arms on pad.
Squeeze biceps.
Lower slowly.
Repeat.
