How to Perform

    Place KB upright.

  2. 2

    Start push-up position, one hand on KB handle, other hand floor.

  3. 3

    Lower chest.

  4. 4

    Push up explosively.

  5. 5

    Switch hands mid-air, landing other hand on KB.

  6. 6

    Absorb landing, lower into next push-up.

  7. 7

    Repeat alternating.
