How to Perform

    Start in 3-point stance (like football lineman): feet staggered, one hand on ground.

  2. 2

    Hold medicine ball in other hand near chest.

  3. 3

    Explode forward, pushing off feet.

  4. 4

    Simultaneously push ball forward forcefully from chest with both hands.

  5. 5

    Release ball towards target (wall/partner).

  6. 6

    Follow through. Reset and repeat.
