    Lie back, knees bent, feet anchored.

    Hold weight at chest.

    Perform sit-up.

    As torso rises, press weight overhead.

    Finish seated, arms extended overhead.

  6. 6

    Lower weight to chest as you lower torso.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
