How to Perform

    Bar end in landmine/corner.

    Stand straddling bar.

    Hinge hips, back straight.

    Grip bar near plates one hand.

    Support with free hand on knee.

    Pull bar to lower chest.

  7. 7

    Squeeze back.

  8. 8

    Lower slowly.

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
