How to Perform

    Stand feet shoulder-width, KB one hand hanging.

  2. 2

    Hinge hips, slight knee bend, swing KB back between legs.

  3. 3

    Drive hips forward explosively.

  4. 4

    Pull KB upward close to body.

  5. 5

    Rotate wrist/elbow, catch KB in rack position.

  6. 6

    Lower KB back to hang position.

  7. 7

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
