How to Perform

    Stand beside heavy bag, staggered stance.

  2. 2

    Place dominant hand on bag, chest height, elbow slightly bent.

  3. 3

    Engage core, rotate torso towards bag.

  4. 4

    Explosively push bag forward with hand, extending arm.

  5. 5

    Generate power from hips/shoulders.

  6. 6

    Absorb rebound as bag swings back.

  7. 7

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
