Quadriceps
Attach ankle cuff to low pulley.
Secure cuff to ankle closest to machine.
Stand sideways to machine, hold frame for support.
Start with cuffed leg slightly abducted (away from body).
Keeping leg straight, exhale and pull cuffed leg across front of body using inner thigh.
Pause briefly.
Inhale, slowly return leg to start.
Repeat reps, switch legs.
