How to Perform

    Anchor bands low on decline bench.

  2. 2

    Sit decline bench, secure feet.

  3. 3

    Hold band handles at collarbone.

  4. 4

    Perform sit-up against band resistance.

  5. 5

    Torso perpendicular at top.

  6. 6

    Lower slowly.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
