Stand feet shoulder-width, hold bar overhand.
Keep knees almost straight (stiff), slight bend.
Hinge hips, lower bar towards floor.
Keep back straight.
Lower until hamstring stretch.
Return extending hips, squeeze glutes.
Repeat.
