How to Perform

    Set Smith bar mid-thigh height.

  2. 2

    Stand facing bar, feet shoulder-width.

  3. 3

    Grip bar overhand.

  4. 4

    Unrack bar.

  5. 5

    Slight knee bend (keep constant).

  6. 6

    Hinge hips back, lower bar towards feet.

  7. 7

    Keep back straight.

  8. 8

    Lower until hamstring stretch.

  9. 9

    Return extending hips.

  10. 10

    Repeat. Rack bar safely.
