How to Perform

    Place bench behind Smith machine.

    Set bar shoulder height.

  3. 3

    Place bar on upper back.

  4. 4

    Unrack.

  5. 5

    Place top right foot on bench behind.

  6. 6

    Left foot forward under bar.

  7. 7

    Lower hips bending left knee.

  8. 8

    Front thigh parallel.

  9. 9

    Push through left heel.

  10. 10

    Repeat reps, switch legs. Rack bar safely.
