Sit machine facing pad, adjust seat.
Chest against pad.
Grip handles palms inward.
Start arms slightly bent front.
Pull handles outward/backward wide arc.
Keep slight elbow bend.
Squeeze shoulder blades.
Return slowly.
Repeat.
