How to Perform

    Sit tall floor, legs crossed.

    Partner behind.

  3. 3

    Raise right arm, bend elbow, hand down back.

  4. 4

    Partner holds right elbow/wrist.

  5. 5

    Try pull arm down against partner resistance (isometric) 10-20s.

  6. 6

    Relax. Partner gently pushes elbow up/across. Hold 15-30s.

  7. 7

    Switch arms.
