How to Perform

    Place cambered bar under flat bench.

  2. 2

    Lie prone (face down) on bench, chest supported.

  3. 3

    Grasp bar overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulders.

  4. 4

    Arms extended down.

  5. 5

    Pull bar towards lower chest.

  6. 6

    Keep elbows tucked, squeeze shoulder blades.

  7. 7

    Pause.

  8. 8

    Lower slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
