How to Perform

  1. 1

    Stand/sit tall. Hold KB one hand, rack position, palm facing body.

  2. 2

    Engage core.

  3. 3

    Press KB overhead.

  4. 4

    As you press, rotate wrist so palm faces forward at top.

  5. 5

    Pause.

  6. 6

    Lower KB slowly, rotating wrist back so palm faces body at bottom.

  7. 7

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
