How to Perform

    Place lower box (12-16") and higher box (22-26") few feet apart.

  2. 2

    Stand on lower box edge.

  3. 3

    Drop off box, landing softly on ground.

  4. 4

    Immediately rebound, jumping explosively up and forward onto higher box.

  5. 5

    Use arms and full body extension.

  6. 6

    Land softly on higher box.

  7. 7

    Step down. Repeat.
