How to Perform

    Stand feet shoulder-width, knees slightly bent.

    Lower into shallow squat.

    Jump vertically explosively.

    While airborne, bend both knees, bringing heels towards glutes.

    Extend legs before landing.

  6. 6

    Land softly on balls of feet, knees bent.
