How to Perform

    Stand tall, hold DB one hand, arm at side.

    Hold support with free hand.

  3. 3

    Slight elbow bend.

    Raise DB out to side until arm parallel floor.

    Keep palm down/slightly forward.

  6. 6

    Pause.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
