How to Perform

    Stand tall, hold bar overhand close grip.

    Arms extended down front.

  3. 3

    Slight elbow bend.

  4. 4

    Raise bar forward/upward in arc.

  5. 5

    Lift until arms fully extended overhead.

  6. 6

    Pause.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
