How to Perform

    Sit lat pulldown machine.

    Attach single handle high pulley.

  3. 3

    Grasp handle one hand (over/under/neutral).

    Torso upright.

    Pull handle down towards shoulder/chest.

  6. 6

    Drive elbow down, squeeze lat.

  7. 7

    Return slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
