Sit lat pulldown machine.
Attach single handle high pulley.
Grasp handle one hand (over/under/neutral).
Torso upright.
Pull handle down towards shoulder/chest.
Drive elbow down, squeeze lat.
Return slowly.
Repeat reps, switch arms.
