How to Perform

    Stand on machine platform, feet shoulder-width.

    Grip handles.

    Lower hips, back straight, chest up.

    Drive through heels, extend hips/knees to lift handles.

    Stand tall.

  6. 6

    Lower handles slowly by bending hips/knees.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
