How to Perform

    Place feet on box (~12in). Place hands on floor inside two aerobic steps.

  2. 2

    Start incline push-up position.

  3. 3

    Lower chest.

  4. 4

    Push explosively off floor.

  5. 5

    Quickly move hands onto steps, absorb landing.

  6. 6

    Push explosively off steps, return hands to floor.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
