How to Perform

    Start in a downward dog position with hips high.

    Place hands shoulder-width apart on the floor.

    Keep your legs as straight as possible.

    Bend your elbows and lower your head toward the floor.

    Push back up to the starting position.

  6. 6

    This targets shoulders more than regular push-ups.
