How to Perform

    Start in a push-up position with your knees on the ground.

    Keep your hands shoulder-width apart and core engaged.

  3. 3

    Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows.

  4. 4

    Keep your body in a straight line from knees to head.

  5. 5

    Push back up to the starting position.

  6. 6

    This is a great progression toward full push-ups.
