How to Perform

    Stand tall, hold light bar both hands, palms down.

  2. 2

    Arms extended front.

  3. 3

    Rotate right wrist up.

  4. 4

    Rotate left wrist up as right returns.

  5. 5

    Continue alternating upward rotations.

  6. 6

    Reverse: rotate right wrist down, then left.

  7. 7

    Continue alternating downward rotations.
