How to Perform

    Use belt squat machine or stand on boxes.

    Attach weight to dip belt around waist.

    Weight hangs between legs.

    Feet shoulder-width.

  5. 5

    Squat down, back straight.

  6. 6

    Thighs parallel or deeper.

  7. 7

    Stand back up.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
