Attach handle low pulley.
Stand facing away.
Grasp handle one hand, bring overhead.
Elbow bent, hand behind head.
Keep upper arm close to head, vertical.
Extend elbow pushing handle up.
Squeeze tricep.
Lower slowly.
Repeat reps, switch arms.
