How to Perform

    Attach handle low pulley.

    Stand sideways to machine.

  3. 3

    Grasp handle with hand furthest from machine, arm across body.

  4. 4

    Slight elbow bend.

  5. 5

    Raise arm out to side until shoulder height.

  6. 6

    Keep arm straight.

  7. 7

    Pause.

  8. 8

    Lower slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat reps, switch sides.
