Attach handle low pulley.
Stand sideways to machine.
Grasp handle with hand furthest from machine, arm across body.
Slight elbow bend.
Raise arm out to side until shoulder height.
Keep arm straight.
Pause.
Lower slowly.
Repeat reps, switch sides.
