    Place shoulders under pads.

    Balls feet on block edge, heels off.

    Stand tall, knees slightly bent.

    Raise heels high, flexing calves.

  6. 6

    Pause.

  7. 7

    Lower heels below block.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
