How to Perform

    Stand tall, barbell on back (optional).

    Feet shoulder-width.

  3. 3

    Raise heels high, flexing calves.

  4. 4

    Lower heels.

  5. 5

    Rock back onto heels, lifting toes.

  6. 6

    Flex shin muscles.

  7. 7

    Return to flat foot.

  8. 8

    Repeat rocking sequence.
