How to Perform

    Place plate on floor.

  2. 2

    Barbell on back.

  3. 3

    Stand wide stance, one foot on plate.

  4. 4

    Squat down.

  5. 5

    Stand up.

  6. 6

    Side step feet together other side of plate.

  7. 7

    Slide plate across with inside foot.

  8. 8

    Place foot on plate. Repeat squat.
