How to Perform

    Attach chains to bar.

  2. 2

    Set up squat in rack.

  3. 3

    Bar on back.

  4. 4

    Squat down (hips below knees). Chains deload.

  5. 5

    Drive up explosively. Resistance increases.

  6. 6

    Repeat.
