How to Perform

    Set Smith bar at thigh level.

  2. 2

    Stand back to bar, feet shoulder-width.

  3. 3

    Grip bar behind back, overhand, shoulder-width.

  4. 4

    Unrack, stand tall, arms extended.

  5. 5

    Shrug shoulders straight up towards ears.

  6. 6

    Keep arms straight.

  7. 7

    Pause at top.

  8. 8

    Lower slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat. Rack bar safely.
